Lucinda and her flock grazebetween the vineyard rows in the spring to keep cover cropsunder control. Millie and her flock are nearby gatheringinsects, worms and grasses to maintain a healthy, balanced farm.In the CellarFermentation takes place in a combination of closed andopen top tanks with a traditional French pigiage.
